Progressive Beginner's Yoga

5:30 - 6:45pm Thursday with Yogamaya

Introduction to physical postures and breathing practices which will allow you to gain confidence in your yoga practice and continue to develop your skills. The class includes Yoga Nidra, a deep relaxation practice, which helps you to de-stress and recharge

Level 2 Classes

Designed for students with at least 6 months of yoga experience

Progressive class 5:30 - 6:45pm Monday with Yogamaya.
An opportunity to advance within your yoga practice. This course offers a progression in physical postures, pranayama and meditation practices.

General Classes

Suitable for all levels of experience - Beginner's welcome

Sunrise class 6:30 - 7:45am Thursday with Yogamaya.
Start the day with yoga, feel balanced and ready to meet the challenges that may come your way.

Yoga for wellbeing 9:15 - 10:30am Tuesday with Yogamaya.
An emphasis on postures to promote health and wellbeing. Classes also include breathing practices and relaxation practice (Yoga Nidra)

Pre-natal Tuning Within

5:30 - 7:00pm Wednesday with Shakti Mudra.

This class caters for both pre-natal and general students and will suit all levels of experience from beginners to progressive. Explore your inner world, stretch, strengthen, relax and breathe.

Yoga & Meditation Class

5:30 - 7:00pm Tuesday with Shakti Mudra.

Gentle postures, breathing, deep relaxation and meditation. Using the yoga practices to develop and experience inner awareness. Increase balance, clarity, creativity and peace of mind with a regular meditation practice.

Useful information

Some tips regarding coming to your yoga class


* Wear loose, comfortable clothing
* Do not eat immediately before attending class
* Arrive a little early to allow time to settle before class begins
* Many people like to bring a yoga mat or towel to put on the floor
* Please bring a light blanket and cushion to use during seated practices or lying relaxation sessions
* Please talk to your teacher about any health issues or other concerns that you may have about the practices, so that modifications or alternatives can be given as needed.
